OK, so you blew it. Bummer! But berating ourselves for
our flaws, our failures and our weaknesses only serves to undermine
 our strength to become. Repenting from our sin is essential.
Beating ourselves up for sinning is no longer an option.

 

Dear God, I’m sorry. Please forgive me for failing yet again to
live and love in the way you want me to. Thank you that the Blood
of Jesus cleanses me from ALL sin.

Fill me afresh with your Spirit
now, Lord that I may walk in love and freedom

and bring you delight and pleasure! In Jesus’ Name, I pray.

 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive
us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9
