Romans 12:2 (The Message) — 2 Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture
that you fit into it without even thinking.
Instead, fix your attention on God.
You’ll be changed from the inside out.
Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it.
Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity,
God brings the best out of you,
develops well-formed maturity in you.

Romans 12:2 (NLT) — 2 Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world,
but let God transform you into a new person
by changing the way you think.
Then you will learn to know God’s will for you,
which is good and pleasing and perfect.

Romans 12:2 (NCV) — 2 Do not be shaped by this world;
instead be changed within by a new way of thinking.
Then you will be able to decide what God wants for you;
you will know what is good and pleasing to him
and what is perfect.

We live in a social-set of 'new times' in our world.
Old patterns of thinking are being challenged.
By all means re-think some 'old ways' of thinking
but always, always ...
use God and His Word, His Works, His Will and His Ways
as your yardstick.
You will be wonderstruck at how so many thoughts and things
shift toward Him!
You are being transformed into
well-formed maturity IN Christ!

Psalm 139:5–6 (NRSV) — 5 You hem me in, behind and before,
and lay your hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me;
it is so high that I cannot attain it.
Psalm 139:5–6 (The Message) — 5 I look behind me and you’re there,
then up ahead and you’re there, too—
your reassuring presence, coming and going.
6 This is too much, too wonderful— I can’t take it all in!
Psalm 139:5–6 (NLT) — 5 You go before me and follow me.
You place your hand of blessing on my head.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
too great for me to understand!
Psalm 139:5–6 (NCV) — 5 You are all around me—in front and in back—
and have put your hand on me.
 6 Your knowledge is amazing to me;
it is more than I can understand.
Psalm 139:5–6 (NET) — 5 You squeeze me in from behind and in front;
you place your hand on me.
6 Your knowledge is beyond my comprehension;
it is so far beyond me, I am unable to fathom it.
Psalm 139:5–6 (NAB) — 5 Behind and before you encircle me
and rest your hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is beyond me,
far too lofty for me to reach.

This is your God Who will never leave you or abandon you
nor will He ever let you go.
This is wonderful comfort to us!
Hallelujah!

The solution to our situation is simple!
Praise and prayer!
Yes! Praise is sometimes a sacrifice.
Yes! Prayer is always a constant.
But then so is Jesus ...
He is our Sacrifice Who sets us free.
He is our Constant Companion
Who is ever-with-us.
Hallelujah!

If you will be calm and trust me, you will be strong.” ...

Our Lord knows your current situation ...
learn to be still in it!
rest up!
take time out frequently!
in quietness and trust is your strength!
Give Him the space and time He needs
to bring glorious resolution
to your circumstance!
Be calm and trust Him!
Amen.

OK, so you blew it. Bummer! But berating ourselves for
our flaws, our failures and our weaknesses only serves to undermine
 our strength to become. Repenting from our sin is essential.
Beating ourselves up for sinning is no longer an option.

Dear God, I’m sorry. Please forgive me for failing yet again to
live and love in the way you want me to. Thank you that the Blood
of Jesus cleanses me from ALL sin.
Fill me afresh with your Spirit
now, Lord that I may walk in love and freedom
and bring you delight and pleasure! In Jesus’ Name, I pray.

 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive
us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9

Peacemaker of the world!

Ephesians 1:16–19 (The Message) — 16 I can’t stop thanking God for you—
every time I prayed, I’d think of you and give thanks.
17 But I do more than thank. I ask—
ask the God of our Master, Jesus Christ, the God of glory—
to make you intelligent and discerning in knowing him personally,
18 your eyes focused and clear, so that you can see exactly what it is he is calling you to do,
grasp the immensity of this glorious way of life he has for his followers,
19 oh, the utter extravagance of his work in us who trust him—
endless energy, boundless strength!

He knows it all and He has got you!

by the glorious power of the Father,
so we, too, should live a new kind of life.

Galatians 3:27 (NRSV) — 27 As many of you as were baptized into Christ
have clothed yourselves with Christ.

We are on the verge of a new era of Dailies!
Dailies2017!
I found this image and felt it summarizes
our life journeys and all that we are ...
allowing old seeds of our lives
to fall to the ground and be reborn
so that we can be clothed with Christ - daily.
Dailies2017 is on the way ...
but not quite yet!
Wait!
Watch!
Pray!
Anticipate with a joyful heart!

They spread their wings and soar like eagles,
They run and don’t get tired,

Isaiah 40:31 (NCV) — 31 But the people who trust the Lord will become strong again.
They will rise up as an eagle in the sky;

He renews our strength!
We run without becoming weary!
We walk without fainting!
He enables us to rise up and soar as an eagle in the sky!
Praise be to God this day and forevermore!
Amen.

You cannot see him now, but you believe in him.

How gracious of our Heavenly Father
to ensure that IN Christ
we lack nothing!
Loved!
Completed!
Accepted!
Known!
It is no wonder we are filled with
supernatural joy!

Hosea 6:3 (NRSV) — 3 Let us know, let us press on to know the Lord;
his appearing is as sure as the dawn;
he will come to us like the showers,
like the spring rains that water the earth.

Allow Jesus - our Morning Star -
to arise within your heart today
in the midst of your circumstances.
His dawning reveals things hitherto unknown to us!
Allow His Light to shine in the darkness that surrounds.
He has risen with healing in His Wings!
Hallelujah!

Psalm 138:3 (NLT) — 3 As soon as I pray, you answer me;
you encourage me by giving me strength.
2 Corinthians 12:9 (NRSV) — 9 “My grace is sufficient for you,
for power is made perfect in weakness.”
So, I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses,
so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.
2 Corinthians 12:9 (The Message) — 9 My grace is enough; it’s all you need.
My strength comes into its own in your weakness.
Once I heard that, I was glad to let it happen.
I quit focusing on the handicap and began appreciating the gift.
It was a case of Christ’s strength moving in on my weakness.
2 Corinthians 12:9 (NET) — 9 “My grace is enough for you,
for my power is made perfect in weakness.”
So then, I will boast most gladly about my weaknesses,
so that the power of Christ may reside in me.

In our weakness, we often feel vulnerable -
however, when we recall the sufficiency of His Grace
through His Power we are strengthened.
Praise God for His Strength in your weakness today
and watch the transformation happen.
Quit focusing on the 'handicap' and
begin appreciating the gift!
Hallelujah!

Therefore we can forgive ourselves
and seek Him out.
We will be rewarded
for He is Misthapodotes ...
Rewarder of those who diligently seek Him!
Don't you just love Him for that?!

for I am called by your name, O Lord, God of hosts.

they became my joy and the happiness of my heart,
Because I bore your name, O LORD, God of hosts.

When we surrender our heart to God -
our lives change!
Recall often that moment of first surrender
and build upon that foundation ...
devouring and delighting in His Word!
