Psalm 67:1 (NRSV) — 1 May God be gracious to us and bless us 

and make his face to shine upon us.

Isaiah 30:18 (NRSV) — 18 The Lord waits to be gracious to you; 

therefore he will rise up to show mercy to you. 

For the Lord is a God of justice; 

blessed are all those who wait for him.

Our Gracious God is patient and merciful,

always inviting us to wait upon Him,

for He is our Answer in every situation.
