Psalm 19:14 (The Message) — 14 These are the words in my mouth;
these are what I chew on and pray.
Accept them when I place them on the morning altar,
O God, my Altar-Rock, God, Priest-of-My-Altar.

sweetness to the soul and health to the body.

good taste to the soul, quick energy for the body.

Proverbs 25:11 (NRSV) — 11 A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in a setting of silver.
Proverbs 25:11 (The Message) — 11 The right word at the right time is like
 a custom-made piece of jewelry,

Ephesians 4:29 (NRSV) — 29 Let no evil talk come out of your mouths,
but only what is useful for building up, as there is need,
so that your words may give grace to those who hear.
Ephesians 4:29 (NLT) — 29 ...  Let everything you say be good and helpful,
so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them.

Let your words be the reflection of God's heart
to all who hear you speak
so that the life of the hearer
is touched by God this day.
