Isaiah 61:3 (NRSV) — 3 ... to give them a garland instead of ashes,
the oil of gladness instead of mourning,
the mantle of praise instead of a faint spirit.
They will be called oaks of righteousness,
the planting of the Lord, to display his glory.
Isaiah 61:3 (The Message) — 3 To ... give them bouquets of roses instead of ashes,
messages of joy instead of news of doom,
a praising heart instead of a languid spirit.
Rename them “Oaks of Righteousness” planted by God
to display his glory.

Isaiah 62:3 (NRSV) — 3 You shall be a crown of beauty in the hand of the Lord
and a royal diadem in the hand of your God.
Isaiah 62:3 (The Message) — 3 You’ll be a stunning crown in the palm of God’s hand,
a jeweled gold cup held high in the hand of your God.

Ephesians 4:24 (NRSV) — 24  clothe yourselves with the new self,
created according to the likeness of God
in true righteousness and holiness.
Ephesians 4:24 (NLT) — 24 Put on your new nature,
created to be like God—truly righteous and holy.

Galatians 3:27 (NRSV) — 27 As many of you as were baptized into Christ
have clothed yourselves with Christ.
Galatians 3:27 (The Message) — 27 Your baptism in Christ
was not just washing you up for a fresh start.
It also involved dressing you in an adult faith wardrobe—
Christ’s life, the fulfillment of God’s original promise.

God is accurately reproducing His Character IN You!
He picks up all the pieces of your life
and weaves them into a masterpiece ...
a tapestry of Him
for all to see and to behold His Glory!
