Symbols of God's Holy Spirit

Water:

John 3:5 (NLT)  Jesus replied, “I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God 

without being born of water and the Spirit.

Our first birth leads to death, but our second birth brings eternal life. 

The new birth is a new beginning that results in “newness of life” ...

Romans 6:4 (NLT)  For we died and were buried with Christ by baptism. 

And just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious power of the Father, 

now we also may live new lives.
