Psalm 147:3 (NRSV) — 3 He heals the brokenhearted, and binds up their wounds.

Isaiah 53:5 (NLT) — 5 But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins.
He was beaten so we could be whole.
He was whipped so we could be healed.

that ripped and tore and crushed him—our sins!
He took the punishment, and that made us whole.
Through his bruises we get healed.
1 Peter 2:24 (NLT) — 24 He personally carried our sins in his body on the cross
so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right.
By his wounds you are healed.
1 Peter 2:24 (The Message) — 24 He used his servant body to carry our sins to the Cross
so we could be rid of sin, free to live the right way.
His wounds became your healing.
God's love for us transcends
ALL our understanding,
surpassing everything that has ever wounded us
so that IN Him we continue to be made whole.
He loves us dearly!
