Psalm 57:7 (NRSV) My heart is steadfast, O God, my heart is steadfast. 

I will sing and make melody.

Our God inhabits the praises of His People. Trust Him to get you out of your ‘cave’ (whatever situation you are in) … exalt Him! Sing praises to Him! 

It worked for David in his cave … it will work for you too!
