Waiting
Isaiah 40:31 (GW) — 31 Yet, the
strength of those who wait with hope in the Lord will be
renewed. They will soar on wings like eagles. They will
run and won’t become weary.
They will walk and won’t grow
tired.
Jesus speaks:
My Child! How you long to rise up on eagles’
wings—but the season of waiting is not past! It is good that your strength is
new every morning, but it is only enough for the stillness of the day to come—the
stillness needed to be in Me—
it is not yet time to soar!
Yes! Your strength is renewed—relatively
speaking, that is! It is more than you’ve had for months—but, My Child, there
is more strength to be found as you wait and wait upon Me. I will call you when
your wellspring is full … I have much work of replenishment to do … will you
wait and wait on Me?
Yes Lord!
Depth of faith is required in these times for
challenges are large and ferocious—
but waiting on the Me and filling the
wellsprings will nourish the roots deep in Me
and discover that storms are not
as debilitating as they were
when you were in the shallows.
Wait upon Me—many days yet to come—there is much to read and prepare. Allow Me to
lead you in all nature of things and you will plumb depths never known before.
Wait on Me and wait some more! Your strength is being renewed—your wisdom strength:
your physical strength: your spiritual strength and your love for Me—
all being
renewed every day.
Wait on Me: wait on Me and soon you will soar … but not
yet! Wait patiently … just as the sea rolls on towards the shore without any
expectation of ‘change in role’—
simply wait inexorably on Me still.
