Psalm 143:8 (NRSV) — 8 Let me hear of your steadfast love in the morning, 

for in you I put my trust. Teach me the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul.

Psalm 143:8 (The Message) — 8 If you wake me each morning with the sound of your loving voice, I’ll go to sleep each night trusting in you. 

Point out the road I must travel; I’m all ears, all eyes before you.

Isaiah 42:16 (The Message) — 16 But I’ll take the hand of those who don’t know the way, 

who can’t see where they’re going. 

I’ll be a personal guide to them, directing them through unknown country. 

I’ll be right there to show them what roads to take, make sure they don’t fall into the ditch. 

These are the things I’ll be doing for them— sticking with them, not leaving them for a minute.”
